APPLICATION PROCEDURE
To apply, please submit all following materials together in one packet to the Office of Graduate Affairs :
- There are two formats for the application form. One is a Word Document that can be entered and saved as a different name. The other is a PDF form for those who have browsers that do not support the online entry.
- Clickable form: Click the form open, make entries by tabbing over to each field; save as Summer application with your name attached, e.g. SummerResearch John Smith. Open your completed form in Word and Print. The recommendation form is page 3 of the application.
- PDF form: Print and manually enter information.
- A statement of purpose describing your previous research experience and proposed area of interest;
- Two letters of recommendation (form enclosed with application) from faculty members who are well acquainted with your scientific work;
- An official undergraduate transcript.
All materials must be submitted at the same time, no later than February 15, 2010.
Review of applications will start in early February,
so early submission is encouraged.
